You’ll join a friendly team of around a dozen clinicians who value evidence-based care, clinician wellbeing, and sustainable practice. The heart of this hybrid position is high-quality therapeutic work alongside structured, supportive supervision, helping registrars and early-career psychologists grow with confidence. You’ll also have genuine input into how supervision and development pathways are shaped over time, while keeping your day-to-day centred on clients and clinical mentoring (not overt management responsibilities). Your Duties will Include Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to adults and adolescents (16). Provide assessments, therapy, documentation and reporting within a sustainable KPI. Offer individual supervision/mentoring while collaborating in a collegiate team. Work from a beautifully set-up clinic in Central Sydney , with telehealth options available. Requirements/ Skills Experience in private practice (or a strong foundation in evidence-based therapy). Confidence working with varied presentations; adult & adolescent (16) experience ideal. AHPRA endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist Board-approved Supervisor (or eligible would be ideal).
